Nothing in our consulting is a substitute for advice from your licensed professionals. If a matter comes up during intake that belongs with your attorney or CPA, we’ll tell you plainly.

Is this legal, tax, or investment advice?

No. Amino Consulting is an operations and growth consulting practice. We are not attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors, and nothing we provide is a substitute for advice from your licensed professionals. If something in our intake belongs with your CPA or counsel, we will say so clearly.

Do you sell software or take vendor commissions?

No. We do not resell software, we do not take referral commissions from vendors we recommend, and we do not push specific brands. Our work is limited to advisory on strategy, process, vendor management, and digital operations.

Do you meet in person?

Not at this time. All consulting is delivered remotely via video call and email so that we can work with clients across the United States without anyone needing to travel.

How long until I see results?

Most clients report meaningful improvements in turnaround time and owner workload within the first 30 to 45 days. Bigger shifts — margin recovery, durable vendor terms, reporting you trust — typically take a full quarter or longer to feel solid.

Do you work with startups or enterprise teams?

Our focus is established owner-operated small businesses. If your needs are venture-scale or enterprise-procurement specific, we’ll say so on the discovery call and refer you to a better-fit firm rather than stretch outside our lane.

What if I need to cancel or pause?

Business happens. Our refund and pause policies are documented in the agreement you sign before we begin, and we will walk you through them on the discovery call so there are no surprises.
